Our yoga retreats usually take place in the beautiful mountain locations, far from the noise and pollution of the city. It is a chance to really recharge, rejuvenate and have a short break that can often be life-changing. Enjoy healthy vegetarian food and comfortable rooms, the lovely company of like-minded people while deepening your yoga practice.
A sample daily schedule of our yoga retreats would be:
06.00 wake up
06.30 – 07.00 Kriyas, pranayama
07.00 – 08.00 meditation followed by a tea break
08.00 – 10.00 Yoga session (Asanas)
10.30 – 11.30 Brunch
11.30 – 15.00 Optional workshops /activities / meal.
15.00 – 16:00 Pranayama
16.00 – 18.00 Yoga practice (Asanas)
18.00 – 19.00 Dinner
19.30 – 21.30 Satsang / Meditation
22.00 Lights off
Transform your ordinary weekend experience to a nature-filled one! Lebanon is a wonderful place to discover different hiking trails of differing difficulty. There is a trail to suit everyone.
A sample hiking day schedule would be:
6.30 am Meeting at a previously set meeting point in Beirut
7.00 am The buses move
8.00 am A stop on the road for breakfast (optional)
9.00 am hiking starts
4.00 pm Heading back to the bus
06.00 pm Back to Beirut
